Just amazing

Our flight was cancelled and we had to book emergency accommodations. We stayed in alligator suite for 9 days. I cannot say enough about how accommodating, amazing, knowledgeable and just incredible the staff was. Cheryl was so helpful from booking, straight through our check out. Johanna was just amazing, keeping everything clean, including all of our quirky requests on our laundry service. Jose was awesome keeping everything secure through the evenings and providing assistance when all the day staff were done for the day. The place is stunningly gorgeous with amazing ocean views, adorable wildlife grazing that are just precious! The huatusa are adorable skittering around! And the pool was the best spot on the island to watch the breath taking sunsets. They also provide refreshments at a minimal cost... Likely barely enough to cover their own costs, to all guests, as well as free bottled water that is unlimited and cost free, like the delicious breakfasts! Can't wait to return! Oh and I almost forgot Cheryl arranged transportation that we utilized throughout our stay who showed us hidden gems on the island that can't be found through viator or other travel sites. Dario and Omar were equally amazing! The West end offers so much to do within walking distance as well, which Cheryl was more than willing to share and cater to our wants and needs! Cannot say enough to express how wonderful they all are!
