West End has a plethora of restaurants. You have options for local seafood, street tacos, pizza, freshly made pasta, sandwiches, burgers and other bar food, BBQ and vegan. There are many places to have the Honduran staple, Baleada, which is a flour tortilla with beans and cheese but you can add chicken, eggs, pork, beef, avocado and many other ingredients. Many of the "fine dining" restaurants use local fruit and vegetables and vary their menus based upon what is fresh on the island.
If you are in Roatan, you will want to enjoy the beautiful ocean. The options are many; snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. If you want something less strenuous, there are glass bottom boats and a submarine to explore the reef. There are 15+ dive shops within an easy walk and many of the offer snorkeling from the boat as well. It's okay if you are not certified to dive, this is one of the best places in the world to learn to time and you can be certified in 3 days.

If you are looking for some relaxation after all the activity, massage therapists will come give you a massage on the deck of your unit so you can enjoy the ocean-view and get all the kinks worked out.
What is a vacation without a little shopping? There are several small grocery stores in West End that also sell beer, wine and liquor. There are many gift shops with some unique items made by local artisans. And plenty of street vendors with t-shirts, jewelry and sunglasses.
