Perfect Hideaway

This was our first stay at the Cocolobo Resort. My friend and I wanted a place to get away from the crowds (if there were to be crowds) but still be close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, dive shops etc...The Cocolobo was just that. A less than 5 minute walk to the charming town of West End, we had access to anything we needed. The short walk was easy and safe. When the day was done we retreated to the Cocolobo for some reading and drawing time on the super spacious balcony that oversaw a rocky shore and endless crashing waves. The sleeps were incredible too, there's nothing like the sound of the waves from the balcony of the PollyTilly Suite. I taped them to bring home for nights in Canada. Gail, Jose and Mischa and the rest of the staff made the experience feel like home from friendly smiles and delicious breakfasts in the morning to the honour bar that housed cold beer all day. Even though the weather didn't cooperate with us, we were lucky to have such a warm place to spend our time while on the Island. Loved this place and will be back! Great Place to Relax

This was our third stay at Cocolobo and it never disappoints. The property is clean and quiet. The view of the iron shore and sea from the pool is amazing. Cheryl and all of the Cocolobo staff make you feel at home. We stayed in the Polytilly Suite. The room was comfortable, and it has a great view from the second floor balcony. The staff kept the room clean and refreshed or replaced anything we needed. Overall just an great place to stay. We will be back.

Delightful

My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights in the Pollytilly Suite and absolutely loved it. We'd been over in West Bay for a few days prior with a big group of friends and then escaped to Cocolobo for a few extra nights on our own. Cocolobo was everything we'd hoped. Just a few minutes walk to everything in West End yet totally calm and quiet once you're on the Cocolobo property. The room had everything needed: a kitchenette, comfortable bed, hot shower, and filtered drinking water. And a great view! The pool is small but clean and refreshing and a nice place to hang out and unwind. The hospitality at Cocolobo unexpectedly exceeded expectations. Coffee in the morning. Friendly neighbors. But most of all, Cheryl made us feel safe and welcome with her excellent communication both before and during our stay. Always quick with a response on email, always happy to assist with any question. Cheryl and the rest of the staff at Cocolobo make this the place we'll want to return to. We couldn't be happier with our decision to stay there.

Great stay!

We had the best time staying at Cocolobo. Cheryl was hospitable, attentive and the room was beautiful to say nothing of the view. AC unit was powerful, the unit was well stocked with cooking utensils, towels and hairdryer. The fridge also was a beast and kept our libations ice cold. The location was perfect for us being just a short walk from the more bustling "downtown" part of West End with a myriad of dining, diving and beach options. We'll be back!

Awesome place

I have been to Roatan many times and have been looking for the perfect sport when I come down by myself... I found it at Cocolobo. The hospitality of the entire staff was perfect. The view was perfect. The pool was perfect. It was a 15 minute walk to my dive shop in the morning. Cheryl helped arrange what I needed, from an in room massage by the amazing Tatiana to transport to and from the airport. Breakfast was easy and delicious. The bed was soooo comfortable. Have I mentioned the view? It was the perfect place to recharge and relax.
