The Paya Suite is a king bed with double sofa bed, studio style condo unit. If you are travelling with children, this unit can house 2 adults and 2 children. This unit it perfect if you like the feeling of being a little more secluded. Paya is situated in the North building on the upper level at the edge of the property and feels a little more private. It is beautifully appointed and has a desk and chair to give the guest an added work space. Outside the screened double sliding doors is an outside eating area with high top table and chairs as well as a lounging area for relaxation. Everything you need to be able to do your own thing in the kitchen as well as towels and toiletries that are provided for your use in the spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. There is also a safe in this unit for your use. Want a quiet getaway, this is a great place to have it. Breakfast is included with this accommodation from 7 - 9am (the last seating at 8:30 please) every morning with a prix fixe menu. Just ask us and we will show you the breakfast choices while you are on property. Cocolobo Resort while it is situated ocean side, does not have direct beach access. However, white sandy beaches are at Half Moon Bay, which is within a short 5 minute stroll from property.

What a gem!
We stayed in the Paya Bay suite for a week, and couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. First, the view - sitting on the front veranda of the unit and taking in the vista was so amazing. The unit had everything we needed, was quite private, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are all wonderful and take the experience to the next level. The dining and pool area are both beautiful, and the breakfasts were very good. Would highly recommend! hope we're able to return one day,

Paya Bay king suite was everything I was hoping for. Bed was huge and comfortable, room was nice. But the best thing by far was the large porch, view and hammock. We didn’t even utilize cocolobos pool deck (which is very nice) bc we enjoyed hanging out in our porch overlooking the ocean so much. We lived cocolobo and would stay there again, in this exact room, in a heartbeat.

Best place in West End!
This place is wonderful! So peaceful and quiet yet a five minute walk from all the restaurants and shops in West End. Amazing ocean views from the balcony. Super friendly staff. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

Great place to relax
We stayed for week in the Paya Bay Room. Beautiful ocean view, the balcony has comfortable furniture and a hammock. The room and the entire resort was clean. The pool was great for relaxing and watching the sun set. Cheryl was super helpful.
