Barbaretta Suite is a 2nd level, king bed with sofa bed, studio style condo unit. If you are travelling with children, this unit can house 2 adults and 2 children. The owner has done a beautiful job in decorated and this unit is a bit larger in square footage than some of the others. You will be situated in the main building over looking the pool and past that the ocean. A relaxing sitting area is right outside the screened double sliding doors on the porch overlooking the main pool. In the fully equipped kitchenette, you could make yourself an appetizer for sunset or a full meal if you choose. But don't forget that West End is a food lovers meca. A nice relaxing shower in the spacious bathroom and then slip into the premium bedding that is in Barbaretta, counting sheep will be a thing of the past. There is also a safe in this unit for your use. Breakfast is included with this accommodation from 7 - 9am (the last seating at 8:30 please) every morning with a prix fixe menu. Just ask us and we will show you the breakfast choices while you are on property. Cocolobo Resort while it is situated ocean side, does not have direct beach access. However, white sandy beaches are at Half Moon Bay, which is within a short 5 minute stroll from property.

Love Cocolobo!
This was our third stay at Cocolobo. we love the ocean front rooms - great views, either 1st or 2nd floor. Service is great and it is close to the "strip" for food or drink, but far enough away for peace and quiet.

lovely stay
We had a lovely stay in this suite despite the significant rain - you could still sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. We had everything we needed and the staff took care of us. We have been coming for years and love Cocolobo

Love Cocolobo
This is our 4 year staying at Cocolobo and can't say enough about how wonderful it is. Johanna and Misa are wonderful and I look forward to their hospitality every year. We did miss seeing Cheryl this year as she always was such a joy and fun spirit. Cocolobo is a quiet,tranquil place, just within walking distance of all the fun of the west end. You will not regret your stay here!

Totally Amazing
We loved our stay at Cocolobo, and wished we didn't have to go home! The staff was warm and welcoming going above and beyond to meet all our needs and questions. Cheryl helped us with snorkeling reservations, recommendations for outside trips and restaurants. Every morning we'd look so forward to breakfast prepared for us by Misa or Johanna along with their winning good morning smiles. The resort itself is wonderfully quiet, tucked back just a 1/2 mile (easy walk day or night) from town with a beautiful view of the ocean. The best part for us was how small and intimate the resort is. We got to know the other people staying there and the staff very well. We just made our reservations for next year for 2 1/2 weeks. Just can't get enough of West End Roatan and Cocolobo Resort. We highly recommend it for a tranquil place to get away from the "real" world!

Peaceful and Charming
We had an amazing stay at Cocolobo. This peaceful and charming retreat is tucked away in a beautiful part of West End, with stunning ocean views and a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere. The staff made us feel completely at home—Cheryl was incredibly warm and welcoming, and Misa was so kind, preparing the most delicious breakfasts every morning. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up Roatán’s natural beauty. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Fabulous Stay
My partner and I recently stayed in the Barbaretta Suite at Cocolobo and we had an absolutely delightful time. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Cheryl and the whole time we were there the staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room had a fabulous view of the ocean and was above the pool. It was extremely clean and comfortable and was perfect for our needs. It was so tranquil and quiet there and a short walk into town. We went diving every day during our stay and it was a short, easy walk to get to the dive shop as well as all the restaurants that were downtown. We loved the location and will be back! If you want a great place to stay, where you’re treated like family, then I highly recommend coming to stay at Cocolobo.

Perfect spot!
this was my third stay at Cocolobo and my first stay in the Barbaretta suite, by far my favorite! The amenities were wonderful, loved having double vanity in the bathroom and the perfect spot overlooking the pool. I loved the added touches with the clothesline in the shower, so helpful with wet rash guards and bathing suits, even a clothesline outside for overflow, perfect! Lots of hangers and everything you could need in the kitchen. Love the morning breakfast and quick walk into town, but still far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The pool is wonderful too. The staff is what makes Cocolobo the best, this is the only place I stay when I am in Roatan. Look forward to seeing you all again next year!

Best option to stay in Roatan
We stayed here for a week and pictures don't do it justice, it was even better. The apartment and also the pool area are absolutely amazing with sunsets every day. Some people are staying way longer than a week which gave the whole resort more like a family vibe. The staff is so nice and helpful and the apartment as really everything you need. There's breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean. We would always stay here again

Great accomodation
Thoroughly pleased with our stay. Short walk (<10 min) from main strip. AC working fine. Great pool. Quiet. Great service from Cheryl and employeses.
